DashMindsIQ runs SEO programmes for B2B and B2C clients globally. We are looking for an SEO Specialist who can take ownership of client programmes: conducting audits, defining strategies, implementing on-page and technical changes, building content plans, and reporting on results clearly enough that clients understand what is working and why.
This is a hands-on delivery role. You will be managing real client programmes with real reporting requirements from your first month, not supporting someone else's work while waiting for a more senior position to open.
Conduct technical SEO audits, site architecture, crawlability, page speed, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and produce prioritised remediation plans
Develop keyword strategies by audience segment, mapping search intent to content architecture and identifying the specific terms worth prioritising based on traffic, competition, and commercial value
Execute on-page optimisation: title tags, meta descriptions, heading structure, internal linking, and content improvements aligned to search intent
Build and manage content calendars in collaboration with content writers, briefing articles and landing pages that serve both users and search engines
Develop off-page strategies including digital PR, link outreach, and editorial placement to grow domain authority over time
Track and report on rankings, organic traffic, and conversion metrics using Google Search Console, GA4, and Ahrefs or SEMrush, with monthly reports that tell a story, not just a table of numbers
Work directly with client stakeholders to explain findings, align on priorities, and manage expectations about timelines and results
Monitor search algorithm updates and competitor movement, adjusting strategy proactively rather than reacting after rankings have already dropped
2–3 years of hands-on SEO experience, agency or in-house, with demonstrable evidence of ranking improvements and traffic growth across real projects
Strong command of technical SEO: you can read a crawl report, understand log file analysis, and diagnose why a page is not ranking without needing to escalate every question
Familiarity with Google Search Console, GA4, and at least one major SEO tool (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog)
Ability to write clear, non-jargon client reports that connect SEO activity to business outcomes
Experience managing SEO for clients in competitive niches, not just early-stage sites with low-hanging keyword fruit
Comfortable working across two or three client accounts simultaneously with different industry contexts
