e-Governance platforms digitise the processes through which government agencies deliver services, make decisions, and manage their internal operations, replacing paper-based workflows with structured digital processes that are faster, more transparent, and easier to audit. We build e-governance platforms with the security, accessibility, and multi-language support that public sector applications require, and the integration with existing government infrastructure, identity systems like Aadhaar, payment systems like BBPS, and document repositories like DigiLocker, that allows new services to be deployed as additions to a connected ecosystem rather than standalone islands.

A citizen service portal is the digital interface between a government body and the public it serves, the place where applications are submitted, status is checked, documents are uploaded, fees are paid, and decisions are communicated. We build citizen portals designed for the full range of the public: accessible on mobile devices with slow internet connections, usable by people with varying levels of digital literacy, available in local languages, and compliant with accessibility standards that ensure people with disabilities can access the services they are entitled to. Portal design is driven by the citizen's perspective, organised around what people need to do, not around the internal organisational structure of the department.

Public data infrastructure makes government-held data accessible in structured, machine-readable formats for use by researchers, businesses, journalists, and other government agencies, enabling the secondary value creation from public data that open data policies are intended to support. We build public data platforms with catalogue management for dataset discovery, standardised data formats, API access for programmatic consumption, data quality documentation, and the access control mechanisms that allow sensitive datasets to be shared with authorised users while genuinely open datasets are available without restriction.

Government regulatory agencies need technology to manage their compliance and enforcement functions, the systems through which regulated entities submit applications, returns, and reports; through which compliance status is tracked and assessed; and through which enforcement actions are initiated and managed. We build regulatory compliance platforms for licensing authorities, inspection agencies, and sector regulators, with applicant portals, case management workflows, inspection scheduling and mobile field tools, enforcement action tracking, and the data analytics that allow regulators to focus their limited inspection capacity on the entities and sectors that present the highest risk.
