DashMindsIQ is building its international client base in the US and EMEA markets. We are looking for a Business Development Manager who can open conversations with the right buyers, qualify opportunities rigorously, and close deals for software development, AI, and digital services engagements, typically in the range of ₹15L–₹1Cr+ per project.

This is a hunter role at an early-stage company. You will be building a pipeline largely from scratch, which requires more creativity, persistence, and self-direction than order-taking in an established sales team. In return, you will have meaningful commission on everything you close, genuine visibility with leadership, and the opportunity to shape how DashMindsIQ positions and sells in international markets.

Identify and prospect ideal client profiles in US and EMEA markets, technology companies, digital-native businesses, and enterprises with active software and AI development needs, through LinkedIn outreach, referral networks, and conference networking

Write and send outbound sequences (email, LinkedIn) that open genuine conversations rather than triggering the immediate archive or delete that most outbound receives

Qualify inbound and outbound leads using structured discovery, understanding the client's budget, decision authority, timeline, and the specific problem they are trying to solve before investing time in a proposal

Lead discovery calls and solution presentations with technical support from the delivery team, you understand enough about what we build to have a credible first conversation without needing an engineer on every call

Coordinate with the delivery team to produce proposals and statements of work that are accurate, specific, and priced correctly, not just a template with the client's name changed

Manage deals through the pipeline to close, including navigating multi-stakeholder buying processes, handling objections, and managing contract negotiations with support from leadership

Maintain accurate pipeline records in CRM and provide weekly visibility on deal status, forecasted close dates, and blockers

Hand won deals over to the delivery team cleanly, with full context on scope, expectations, and commitments made, so the client experience stays consistent after the sale

3–4 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2 years selling software services, IT outsourcing, or digital services to buyers in the US or EMEA markets

Demonstrable track record of closing deals in the ₹15L–₹1Cr range, we will ask you to walk us through specific deals you have closed and the process you used

Comfortable working in India-based hours with 4–6 hours of daily overlap with US Eastern or Western time zones, or European business hours

Strong written English, your outbound messages and proposals are often the client's first impression of DashMindsIQ

Enough technical literacy to describe what we do credibly: you do not need to code, but you need to understand the difference between a SaaS product, an API integration, and an AI agent without needing someone to explain it to you in every sales call

Self-directed and disciplined, this role does not come with a large team of SDRs, a marketing machine feeding warm leads, or a manager reviewing your activity daily

  • Experience selling AI, ML, or data services specifically
  • Existing relationships with buyers in technology, fintech, healthcare, or e-commerce verticals in US or European markets
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and an outbound sequencing tool
